Went in saying I know what car I want and that I just want to see how it drives. Told them I just want to test drive the used Versas and know the price, so I could go home and think about it. Instead, they basically wouldn't let me leave until I told them I wasn't looking to buy a car today for the 11th time. Also claimed they didn't have any used versas, despite what their website said. Very stressful and annoying day, had to block their phone number because now they won't stop calling me after a week of ignoring them. Outdated and smothering sales methods. Maybe would have went back and bought a car if they didn't use a "give us all your contact info for price, buy a car today or else" sales method.
After an irritating and disappointing visit at another Nissan dealership, I came to Marc Motors to check out a new Rogue Sport. After a quick friendly call with Aimee, I visited the dealership to find a full lot, and exactly what I was looking for. The staff was helpful, and offered me a lot more on my trade than the other dealer was. After some negotiations, which this dealer was offering more incentives and a lower price, we made a deal. This dealer also adds inspection stickers, tire rotations, oil changes, free car washes as part of their deals. Although some may overthink that, those can add up to be a lot over the course of 3+ years, and is certainly a perk which incentivizes a customer to want to shop there. I will be sure to return here in 3 years when the lease is up to explore future options, and recommend new customers to check this place out. Thanks again!
First let me say, sales dept. is top notch. Shane is one hell of a great salesman. Service dept. is another story. We have a windshield issue with our 2013 Nissan Rogue. Turn defroster on and windshield cracked. Called Service,told no worries, it will be taken care of. Drive down, get a rude advisor, says rock hit windshield, not covering it. Says use your personal insurance to get replacement. He spent 2 minutes with us. That windshield is defective. Nothing hit it. Have received no help with this issue.
With the lease of our previous car ending, we decided to look at Nissan Rogues. I checked 4 dealerships in Maine, plus others in the New Hampshire and Massachusetts area for used cars. Although each dealership was friendly, Aimee at Marc Motors was over the top fantastic! The pricing was aggressive but the sales pitch was not. I did almost the entire deal before walking into the showroom which saved me time. Aimee ended up getting us into a brand new Rogue at used car pricing. I was floored. Everyone we encountered throughout the process was personable and helpful. I would definitely recommend Marc Motors to friends and family and would buy another car there in a heartbeat.
I hate dealerships that treat you like an idiot when you know what you're talking about. This is one of them. They were over market retail by 4k on a truck I was interested in and they justified it because you get the 10 year 100k warranty and that I researched incorrectly... what a joke.
