Rude dentist, assistants who lie to increase costs. No need for xrays every other visit. I would rather have my teeth fall out. This place gets government funding lol... they also accidentally emailed another payients information to me.. I had everything from test results to address. Yea scary.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone
I transferred my records to Nasson Health Care a couple of years ago, and have been more than satisfied with the experience that I have had there. Some of the more recent reviews that I have read are one-liners complaining about the customer service. Yes, I have experienced what could be considered rudeness from some of the admin folks, but frankly, this is not a concierge service, and they are certainly not getting tipped by the clientele. Truthfully, what is seen as rudeness is efficiency by a staff that is very good at the mechanics of their jobs. This is a community health center that has a mission to provide basic health care for those most in need no matter what. Patients ought to do their parts as well. If I miss an appointment and have to reschedule, I don't blame the staff for my lack of preparedness.

I wish I could give this place negative stars. Very rude receptionist, the person who answered the calls certainly doesn't like the job.
Dental services are not quite as fluid and flexible, but I appreciate being able to have everything done in one place, and have consolidated records. All in all, I will continue to use Nasson Health Care for as long as I remain local to Sanford-Springvale.
That being said, I would like to mention why I still remain at Nasson Health Care, and therefore why I am rating them with 5 stars - I am fortunate to have extremely good insurance through my employer and could go nearly anywhere, but I am keeping my care at Nasson because of the people. My provider, Marcie, has an excellent "bedside manner" with my children, but can switch gears seamlessly to address some of the health challenges that I have faced with my health. I also needed to be able to jointly manage my health care with the Togus VA system, and Nasson Health Care has facilitated that intercommunication as well so I don't have to travel long distances for treatment. The Patient Portal system is very convenient to use, and the partnership with NorDx labs allows me to use lab locations closer to where I work and review them within days online.
